Your duties include: Providing high‑quality personal care Following safe Moving & Handling practices Maintaining Infection Control, Safeguarding, First Aid and DoLS standards Administering medication safely and accurately Completing essential documentation: Daily logs MAR / TMAR charts Food & fluid charts Bowel movement records Body maps Leading and supporting the night care team Ensuring the smooth and safe running of the night shift ⭐ Who We’re Looking For in a Senior Care Assistant (Nights) We are seeking someone compassionate, reliable and confident in delivering excellent care. You should have: Experience working in a care setting Strong communication and teamwork skills A caring, professional attitude Confidence supporting colleagues during a shift Ideal qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum) Working towards NVQ Level 3 or willing to progress We also welcome those who are experienced Care Assistants and ready to take their next career step into a Senior position.
