Position: Waking Nights Carer

Key Responsibilities:
5. Provide personal care and assistance during the night, ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
6. Assist with mobility, toileting, and any necessary overnight routines.
7. Provide companionship and emotional support.
8. Respond promptly to any client needs, ensuring their well-being throughout the night.
9. Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.
What We Are Looking For:
10. Compassionate and caring individuals with a desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
11. Full Driving License and access to your own car.
12. Reliable, punctual, and a great communicator.
13. Experience is required for this role, ideally complex care experience.
14. Ability to work independently and use initiative.
15. Flexibility to cover various shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
