Deputy Clinic Manager - Renal Dialysis Unit

What does the role involve?
In a modern, well-equipped environment with a multidisciplinary approach to care, you will provide operational management to ensure that the service is patient-led and performs well. You will allocate resources effectively, oversee staff training and development, and contribute to care plans for individual patients. By promoting innovation and a passion for care, you will ensure that your clinic meets every patient's needs.
Your skill set will include being a 1st or 2nd level nurse registered with the NMC, with either formal renal nursing qualification or substantial haemodialysis experience. Additionally, you will have experience managing others, counseling patients, and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.
The Yeovil unit operates 13 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 65 patients, in partnership with NHS Trusts using the latest equipment.
Role Details
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, working various shifts between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm (Monday - Saturday).

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary between £35,343.00 - £39,091.50, dependent on experience, plus relocation allowance of £2,500 and location allowance of £2,500. Progression is supported by a Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF), enabling career development aligned with in-house training programs.
