Overview

Order Management Coordinator role at Acron Aviation, based in Crawley, West Sussex, UK.

Acron Aviation Training Systems supports the Acron Aviation Solutions mantra of ‘Creating Safer Skies’. We deliver computer-based solutions and state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators (FFS), with Fixed Training Devices (FTD) and FFS featuring aircraft-specific flight decks that mirror the form, fit, feel, and function of actual aircraft.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Process customer inquiries: review requests and provide quotes to enable follow-on orders or upsell opportunities.
* Process customer warranty requests and purchase orders: review orders, warranty claims, and manage follow-on transactions in the MRP system.
* Act as a customer advocate to continually improve the purchasing experience and add value.
* Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.


What We’re Looking For

* Proficient user of SAP.
* Education & Experience: Associate degree or equivalent work experience, with 1-3 years in a similar role.
* System knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Jira Service Desk or other CRM systems.
* Analytical experience to review trends to forecast and promote solutions or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
* Cross-team collaboration: experience working with Purchasing, Engineering & Customer Support teams.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Adaptability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, growing business.
