Order Management Coordinator role at Acron Aviation, based in Crawley, West Sussex, UK.

We deliver computer-based solutions and state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators (FFS), with Fixed Training Devices (FTD) and FFS featuring aircraft-specific flight decks that mirror the form, fit, feel, and function of actual aircraft.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Process customer inquiries: review requests and provide quotes to enable follow-on orders or upsell opportunities.
* Process customer warranty requests and purchase orders: review orders, warranty claims, and manage follow-on transactions in the MRP system.
* Act as a customer advocate to continually improve the purchasing experience and add value.
* Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
What We’re Looking For
* Proficient user of SAP.
* Education & Experience: Associate degree or equivalent work experience, with 1-3 years in a similar role.
* System knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Jira Service Desk or other CRM systems.
* Analytical experience to review trends to forecast and promote solutions or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
* Cross-team collaboration: experience working with Purchasing, Engineering & Customer Support teams.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Adaptability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, growing business.
