What You’ll Do
* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers to ensure that their requirements are met and that they are receiving an exceptional level of service.
* Manage customer expectations by communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure all customer orders for systems and spare parts are processed accurately within a timely manner.
* On a daily basis, plan and schedule new planned orders ensuring they are planned and released in accordance with the production system.
* Run weekly open order books specific to each customer and distribute accordingly.
* Work cross‑functionally with departments such as Market Managers, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Dispatch to comprehensively understand order status.
* Attend and present relevant data at the daily production meetings such as SQCDP, release meeting and E2E boards.
* Respond to and resolve all enquiry & complaints received in a professional and timely manner.
* Schedule EPOs and manage engineering capacity.
What You Need to Succeed
* Experience working in customer service and sales order processing.
* High level of attention to detail and order inputting.
* Ability to communicate complex messages in a clear, straightforward and empathetic way.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
* Ability to interact with peers, managers and employees.
* SAP knowledge is desirable.
