With a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art training centre opened this year in Birmingham, we’re expanding our team and looking for an inspiring Security Management Trainer to join us.
Your Mission
As a Security Management Trainer, you’ll be at the heart of our training delivery, helping professionals grow their skills and confidence. Your role will include:
* Delivering engaging training at our Birmingham centre, client sites in the UK, and internationally.
* Collaborating with Salesto to provide industry sector expertise when talking with clients.
* Designing and refining course content, both for classroom and eLearning formats.
* Supporting learners throughout their journey, offering guidance and tutor support.
* Assessing and quality‑assuring coursework to maintain our high standards.
What You’ll Bring
* Master’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, or a related field.
* A recognised training qualification (e.g., AET, Petals).
* 5+ years of industry experience.
* Proven experience delivering training.
* Valid driving licence and passport for travel flexibility.
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Positive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to excellence.
Possessing Assessor and/or Internal Verifier qualifications would be highly beneficial.
