Your role
* Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
* Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care
* Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues
* Take an active role in social and leisure activities that enrich daily life
* Help shape a kind, positive and supportive culture across the home
* Clinical experience in a nursing setting
* Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others
* Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships
* Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment
* Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
