Our client delivers high-quality residential schemes across London and the South East, and this role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a lead role on multiple developments. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have full commercial responsibility for residential projects, supporting delivery teams while ensuring robust cost control and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
