Responsibilities
* Provide in‑depth technical support for the client’s platform, predominantly utilizing Linux and SQL skills.
* Handle triage, root‑cause analysis, and resolution of complex, time‑critical incidents.
* Work a standard 37.5‑hour week with flexi‑time options (start times between 7 am and 9 am).
* Support a Linux‑based platform; knowledge of Linux highly desirable.
* Handle database tasks across any flavour that covers fundamentals (MySQL / SQL / PL/SQL etc.).
* Participate in on‑call duties after training for lucrative additional compensation.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Linux and SQL.
* Database fundamentals experience (MySQL, SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent).
* Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team.
* Willingness to join on‑call rotation for extra pay.
* Suitable for junior to senior level applicants.
