Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Transformation Programme (Fixed Term)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic transformation programme within our production and supply operations. This fixed-term role will oversee the realignment of products, services, infrastructure, and organisational structure across three key workstreams:
* Products and Assets
* Service and Infrastructure
* Organisational Structure (including roles, skills, and headcount)
The successful candidate will establish and manage a robust PMO function, ensuring effective governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain comprehensive PMO governance
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
* Lead risk and issue management with effective mitigation strategies
* Support consultation processes with trade unions regarding workforce changes
* Provide clear, regular reporting to senior stakeholders
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
* Resolve complex challenges that may impact programme success
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
Experience and Skills
* Proven experience leading PMO functions for large-scale transformation programmes
* Strong background in workforce restructuring and consultation processes
* Expertise in project governance, financial forecasting, and budget management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
* Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
