Monday‑Friday | 8:00am‑5:00pm.

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Building Services Engineer to join a growing and well‑established facilities management company covering a portfolio of commercial office buildings across Oxford and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable Monday‑Friday role with genuine opportunities for overtime, training, and career progression.
Role
As a Mobile Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial office sites. You will work across mechanical and basic electrical systems, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
* Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial office buildings
* Fault finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
* Maintenance of HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, lighting, and basic plumbing
* General building services maintenance
* Completing service reports and compliance paperworkLiaising with clients and site teams professionally
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements
* Previous experience in building services / facilities maintenance
* Experience working within commercial environments
* Mechanical or electrical qualifications preferred
* Good fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and customer service skills
