My client is a professional property management company based in Northern Ireland and Scotland. They manage buildings and outside spaces which are jointly owned. Whether its cutting the grass, play-park inspections or full management of a block of properties. They have 180 years experience and skills to ensure their clients get the most from their home. They seek to appoint a Head of Support, as a member of senior management your role will be to lead the Support Team in Belfast; to include client administrators, credit controller, client accounts and client relationship management. Your team are responsible for the upkeep and management of the CRM software, processing contractor invoices and payments, client billing and communication, home ownership changes, credit control, filing of confirmation statements and accounts at companies house. The team also manage the management company bank accounts and holding account along with the purchase ledger. Key tasks / responsibilities: - Training and Mentoring of the Administration and Finance Team Ownership of support processes ensuring that the team adhere to them and recognise their value. Delivery of training and support materials for inhouse systems. Development of finance reports provided to the CRM team. Setting clear team goals and monitoring performance. Holding one to ones and KPI performance reviews with each individual team member. Provide key performance information for Senior Team monthly reports. Collaborate with Client Operations Director in Edinburgh. Skills and Experience Significant book-keeping/accounting experience and ideally hold a professional accountancy qualification or can demonstrate a level of equivalent experience and qualifications. Significant experience in leading, managing, training and developing others. Analytical skills to compile and evaluate data and make recommendations on how to improve service and operations. Deliver consistent day to day business performance, addressing the cause of poor service or when things go wrong. Demonstrate a collaborative approach to working particularly in developing performance goals and long-term operational plans. You must be an excellent communicator and have detailed working experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook. You are a natural planner, proactive, organised and able to prioritise and work to deadlines. You can make decisions and communicate those clearly to others. Starting salary of £40,000 to £45,000 negotiable. Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, 4pm finish on Friday. 29 days holiday, Company Pension, Loyalty Bonus, Additional Leave, Free Parking, Paid Volunteer Time. Casual Dress. Smart offices based in Belfast near Cathedral Quarter. Hybrid working may be an option.
