The Store Oxford - the
city’s only luxury lifestyle hotel - is looking for a highly organised and
enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide vital
administrative and sales support to the commercial team. This is an entry-level
role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in hotel sales, marketing,
and PR.
Day to day, the focus will
be on administration, database management, reporting, and supporting commercial
activity across Sales, Events, Marketing, and PR. Alongside this, the role
offers valuable exposure to campaign planning, digital marketing, and media
relations. An interest in design - ideally with some knowledge of InDesign -
will be an advantage.
You’ll gain hands-on
experience across all key market segments (Leisure, Groups, and MICE), while
developing an understanding of data analysis, newsletters and email marketing,
gift voucher sales, and third-party partnerships. This is a great opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the
sales team and play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns and supporting
business growth.
Key
Responsibilities
* Provide
administrative support across Sales, Events, Marketing, and PR.
* Maintain
and update data in Amadeus Salesforce (Delphi) and Opera Cloud, ensuring
accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate
requests, assist with reservations, and compile daily, weekly, and
month-end reports.
* Support
preparation of annual budgets, marketing plans, and sales targets.
* Assist
with data analysis, competitor monitoring, and group evaluations.
* Support
website, CRM, and social media updates.
* Assist
with email newsletters, marketing collateral, and campaign roll-outs.
* Help
coordinate media visits, influencer stays, and FAM trips.
* Track
and report on digital marketing performance and PR coverage.
About You
* Highly
organised, proactive, and detail-driven.
* Strong
communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
* Comfortable
managing multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
* Interested
in sales, marketing, PR, and luxury hospitality.
* Ideally
experienced with Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign, Delphi, or Opera
PMS is a plus.
* Previous
administrative or sales support experience (including internships)
desirable.
Hours are full time, 40 per week Monday to Friday with the odd evening and
weekend.
