This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Finance Director or a Financial Controller ready to step up.
Responsibilities include leading management accounts, statutory reporting and budgets; overseeing financial planning, controls, governance and risk; partnering with Operations; delivering Board reporting; driving efficiencies and finance projects; and leading and developing the Finance team.
Candidates must be a qualified accountant with strong technical and commercial expertise, able to operate credibly at Board level, analytical, organised and solutions-focused, with a hands-on leadership style.
