The Oxford City Council has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person who is a strong leader, passionate about making a difference, while offering the highest standards of customer service to assist with the opening of the newly developed Community Centre in East Oxford.
We are seeking a Full Time Community Centre Duty Officer to work primarily in East Oxford Community Centre but may also be required to work at our other Community Centres. Working on site you will cover a variety of tasks including managing a team to keeping the facilities clean and safe, supervising setting up or leading activities, dealing with enquiries and bookings and covering front of house reception. As a Community Centre Duty Officer, you will be the face of Oxford City Council at the Community Centre on a day-to-day basis for the local community.
This role is vital to ensuring the centre operates to it’s full potential and customers leave having had an enjoyable experience and are keen to recommend the centre to friends and family.
