Chef de Partie Directorate Commercial and Visitor Services Reporting to Head Chef Hours 40 hours per week, evening and weekend work will be an ongoing requirement of the role Main Purpose of the Role To assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef to achieve the highest standards of food production and customer satisfaction whilst contributing to the achievement of gross profit targets. Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment whilst working effectively with other colleagues, kitchen and other areas within the organisation.
