The Role at a Glance
Support students through one-to-one and small group mentoring, helping them develop positive behaviours and engagement in learning.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting students with behavioural and learning needs
* Developing strategies to encourage engagement and motivation
* Liaising with teachers, parents, and external agencies
* Maintaining accurate records and monitoring progress
