You’ll be the central point of contact for customers across the Northern Sales Area, managing enquiries, orders, stock requirements and supplier communication. Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily sales orders via email and telephone
* Providing accurate stock updates and delivery information
* Overseeing bespoke stock levels and customer re‑order requirements
* Obtaining competitive pricing and lead times from suppliers
* Working closely with the external Sales Manager to support regional growth
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring consistent, high‑quality communication
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 3 years' experience in account management or internal sales
* Professional telephone manner with strong organisational skills
* Commercially minded with the ability to build and retain customer relationships
* Confident IT skills; experience with Sage is preferred
* Ability to commute to Mansfield NG19
