Works in our properties across Durham, Tyneside, Teesside and Northumberland areas. Permanent, full‑time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Salary £38,372 per annum plus company van and on‑call rota allowance.

Qualifications
* City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
* Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations, electrical inspection and testing 2391 and AM2 or equivalent.
* Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing and inspection within housing.
* Fault finding experience and excellent knowledge to diagnose and repair electrical faults effectively.
* Experience in other building trade areas (multi‑skilled).
* Flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
Typical Day as an Electrician
* Allocated jobs completed right first time with a whole job repair approach.
* Testing and inspection, electrical installation and repairs for high‑quality compliant work.
* Multi‑skilling to improve first‑time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.
* Jobs scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.
Responsibilities
* Working Monday to Friday, with on‑call out of hours service on a rota basis, earning up to £525 per week.
* Servicing, repairs and installation of domestic electrical appliances, delivering safe and compliant work.
* Full current driving licence with company van for business use and commuting.
* Using technology to access scheduled jobs.
* Basic DBS and health check paid for by the company.
