We currently have opportunities for two Junior Application Support Analysts to join the Business Change and Transformation team in Plymouth.
As Junior Application Support Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business. Whether this is triaging issues before escalating to developers, setting up application access or building products ahead of implementation, this is a varied role with exposure to different stakeholders across Royal London.

About the role
* Perform BAU system configuration processes such as interest rates changes and product builds and amendments.
* Conducting rigorous testing before rolling out system configuration changes.
* Run funder and operational reporting using SSMS and Power BI
* Support the business in defining a process to produce operational reporting.
* Create or amend system automated document templates.
* Analyse and escalate technical data issues to Finova.
* Maintain a Data Dictionary complete with entity relationship diagrams.
* Provide 1st & 2nd Line IT Support to the business, escalating issues to third parties where required.
About you
* Previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT Support
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and determination to see initiatives through to completion
* Ability to present information clearly and succinctly at varying levels of detail
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables reacting positively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* Working knowledge of data manipulation software (i.e. SQL) and relational databases desirable.
* Experience of regression modelling and statistical analysis desirable.
* Previous experience working in a Financial Services Organisation would be highly desirable.
