The Role
We are looking for engaging individuals to join our operations teams as Member Experience Hosts, providing exceptional experiences for our members and their visitors across our London locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome all visitors warmly by greeting them in person or on the phone, answering or referring enquiries.
2. Create a culture that energizes and empowers people to do their best work.
3. Facilitate all member requests such as meeting room reservations, catering, postage/parcel/courier arrangements, ensuring services are appropriately charged.
4. Assist Managers and colleagues with operational and administrative tasks.
5. Deliver a smooth experience for internal and external meeting room guests, including hosting, catering, tech support, and room setup.
6. Conduct regular building walks to ensure cleanliness, visual standards, maintenance, and safety issues are addressed.
7. Ensure communal spaces and meeting rooms are set up and in proper working order.
8. Raise and manage troubleshooting tickets via the IT Helpdesk and Freshdesk, keeping members updated.

We’d love to hear from you if you have
* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and ownership of work to high standards.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
* A proactive self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
