Role Overview
* Conduct plan checking and site inspections for residential and commercial projects
* Manage a busy caseload of regional building control projects
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
* Quote new works, carry out consultations, and recommend final certificates
Ideal Candidate Profile
* BSR registration of Class 2 A, B, D plan checking and site inspection (desirable) with 2a as a minimum
* Expertise in plan checking and site inspections for residential and small commercial projects
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Valid driving licence for site visits
