You'll be a brand ambassador, ready to recommend our newest fashion items. Through remarkable service, you'll ensure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.

Purpose

Key Accountabilities
· Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
· Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked.
· Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
· Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service.
· Build product knowledge to effectively sell and recommend our products and services.
· Receive training to utilise digital tools and communication channels to serve customers effectively.
