About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an excellent shopping experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing our products and services.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Support the introduction of new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Get involved in local community activities and events, building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who has a genuine care for the needs of customers and members, great people skills, and a positive approach to change and problem-solving.
