As Team Leader, you will oversee two key services: Supporting people to remain independent in their own homes Providing practical support through local authority contracts You will lead a small team, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and help the services grow sustainably. This is a varied role combining people management, service coordination, and performance oversight.
