£30,000 - 40,000 (depends on experience)

Japanese Speaking Systems Operations & Support Engineer - Responsibilities
* Provide 1st line operational support for SAP or ERP systems
* Handle first-level user inquiries (incidents, errors, and how-to questions)
* Perform initial issue triage, log analysis, and elevate to internal or external teams as needed
* Communicate with users in both Japanese and English as part of bilingual support
* Create and maintain documentation related to system operations and maintenance
* Collaborate with partner companies and vendors when required
Japanese Speaking Systems Operations & Support Engineer - Requirements
* Experience in operating and maintaining SAP (any module) or ERP systems
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
