A well‑established and highly regarded London property consultancy is looking to appoint a Valuation & Lease Advisory Surveyor to join its expanding professional services team.
This role offers a genuine blend of work, with approximately 75% valuation and 25% lease advisory, making it ideal for a surveyor who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing across both disciplines rather than specialising too narrowly.
The role will include:
* Valuation of commercial properties across London and the South East, covering a range of asset classes
* Preparation of Red Book–compliant valuation reports for a variety of purposes
* Lease advisory instructions including rent reviews and lease renewals
* Direct client liaison and involvement in ongoing advisory relationships
* Supporting senior surveyors while building your own client exposure over time
The ideal candidate will have:
* MRICS qualification (or expecting imminently). A minimum of 1 year post‑qualification experience (ideally 2)
* Strong valuation fundamentals with some practical exposure to lease advisory work
* Experience within the London and/or South East commercial property market
* A professional, client‑focused approach with good written and verbal communication skills
