1. Fire stopping works
2. Recladding works on buildings up to 25 storey’s
3. External wall remediation
4. Façade and envelope upgrades
The successful candidates will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
5. Overseeing subcontractors and site activities
6. Managing health & safety compliance on site
7. Coordinating remedial and cladding packages
8. Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification
9. Liaising with clients, consultants, and residents where required
10. Supporting project reporting and progress updates
Requirements
11. Previous experience delivering remediation, fire stopping, or recladding projects
12. Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance
13. SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
14. Excellent communication and organisational skills
15. Ability to work across multiple London-based sites
