Temporary Warehouse Operative - £12.50ph – Elstree & Borehamwood.
Monday to Friday - immediate start- 8am-4.30pm
Currently seeking a temporary Warehouse Operative for our successful and fast-growing client based in Elstree & Borehamwood.
Duties:
1. Receiving, checking and storing incoming deliveries.
2. Using Pallet trucks in line with health and safety to efficiently move stock across the warehouse.
3. Picking and packing goods.
4. Assisting the distribution team to complete the delivery of orders.
5. Ensuring supplies are delivered in full and on time.
6. Supporting the inventory team to confirm supplies and returned are processed accurately,
7. Taking receipts of deliveries and adhering to safe handling when dealing with deliveries.
8. Counting and checking stock delivered against delivery notes.
9. Ensuring that the warehouse is appropriately labelled for ease of finding stock.
10. Proactively assist with all cleaning aspects to make sure stock areas are kept tidy.
11. Help management with goods-in and goods-out to make sure deliveries are taken correctly and accurately.
Requirements
12. Prior experience working in a warehouse.
13. Manual handling.
14. Team player.
15. Reliable & dedicated.
All candidates must have safety boots when working on site.
