We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Intake Compliance Technician to join our client's team.
The rate of pay is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm (with some flexibility)
Your Time at Work
In this role, you will help ensure that incoming cases, applications, records or materials are reviewed accurately, processed efficiently, and handled in line with internal procedures, quality standards and relevant UK regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review incoming information, documentation or cases to ensure they meet internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Carry out accurate data checks, validation and record-keeping to maintain high levels of quality and audit readiness.
- Identify missing, incorrect or incomplete information and follow up with relevant teams, customers or stakeholders as required.
- Support compliance monitoring processes and escalate issues, risks or non-conformances in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records in internal systems and prepare reports where needed.
- Work closely with operational, quality and compliance teams to help improve processes and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Assist with internal audits, inspections and procedural reviews where appropriate.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with company policies, health and safety expectations, and relevant legislation or industry standards.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, quality, intake, operations or technical support role would be beneficial.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal databases or case management systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or complex information professionally.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-focused approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
- An understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, quality assurance or audit processes would be advantageous.
