You will meet once or twice a month to take them out to do fun activities together. This is an opportunity for our young people to build a healthy relationship with a trusted adult, have fun and share their worries and feelings if they wish to do so. Initial training covering Safeguarding, Trauma and Loss, Communication, Boundaries and the IV role. Ongoing support from a dedicated coordinator. You also get to have fun! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We're looking for caring and thoughtful people who are committed to make a difference Volunteers of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. We are particularly keen to recruit male volunteers and people from Global Majority communities. REQUIREMENTS : Enhanced DBS check will be carried out (at no cost to you) 2 references commit for a minimum of 12 months Must live/work locally (ie.
