CPCS Traffic Marshal - Banbury
Responsibilities:
* Direct and control plant and vehicle movements on site
* Ensure safe access and egress for deliveries and site traffic
* Maintain segregation of pedestrians and vehicles
* Communicate clearly with drivers and site teams
* Monitor and enforce site traffic management plans
* Carry out duties in line with rail and site health & safety regulations
* Assist with general site support duties when required
Requirements:
* Valid CPCS A73 Plant & Vehicle Marshal Ticket (essential)
* Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Marshal
* Experience working on rail or infrastructure projects preferred
* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
* Good communication skills
* Reliable and safety-conscious
