Job Description
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for building stronger and deeper relationships with our customers to increase engagement, retention, and customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.
* Manage and support the team with an ongoing test and learn plan to continually improve CRM communications.
* Oversee a CRM Executive in optimizing all CRM activities across the group.
* Utilize customer data, modeling, and insights to design and optimize segmentation and content for personalized customer journeys that drive value and effectiveness.
* Develop and lead omni-channel journey planning and delivery using customer data segmentation and propensity models, shifting towards a customer-led strategy.
* Deliver weekly and monthly reports on CRM campaigns and database performance, and communicate results to the wider business.
* Maintain the relationship with the email service provider, ensuring platform optimization and full utilization.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role managing customer databases in a numerate and analytical capacity.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Broad knowledge of CRM platforms, ESPs, and marketing automation tools.
* Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
* Results-driven with enthusiasm, energy, and determination to achieve outcomes, influencing related teams.
* Highly numerate with the ability to analyze large data sets for meaningful insights and actions.
