Mortgage Advisor - Rhyl
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well‑established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.
The partner firm is a 150‑advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works with contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, etc., and supports the Reeds Rains estate agency business in Rhyl.
The role can be Employed or Self‑Employed. All leads are provided by the Estate Agency branch/branches we partner you with.
Work location options: full office working or hybrid working.
Employed salary: £30,000–£35,000 base, OTE £70,000+.
Self‑employed split: 70% on self‑generated business, 45% on leads.
We are only looking for existing CAS Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
