Combining classroom learning with real workplace experience, the programme supports learners with Education, Health and Care Plans to gain skills, confidence, and independence. Were looking for someone who has led teams in education, SEND, or supported employment perhaps as a Curriculum Manager, Programme Manager, SEND Manager, Learning Support Manager, or Supported Employment Lead.
