Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the allocation and timetable of the Inclusion Team to meet evolving student needs.
* Maintain the SEND register, provision map and essential documentation with precision.
* Act as a central communication hub between families, external agencies and internal staff.
* Lead on administration for annual reviews, transition planning and statutory processes.
* Support safeguarding work, including maintaining secure and compliant records.
* Oversee the smooth running of mental health and wellbeing programmes for students.
Qualifications / What We Are Looking For
* Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Experience within SEND or an inclusion‑based environment (school experience preferred).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work positively with students, staff and families.
* Commitment to high standards, confidentiality and professional integrity.
* Confidence with systems, data management and administrative processes.
* A warm, proactive and resilient approach to supporting young people.
