What We Are Looking For
We don't require vast experience or industry-specific knowledge—we'll provide full training. What we do want is:

* A technical mindset
* Some experience in sales, pipeline building, and relationship management
Key Responsibilities
* Build and leverage a strong network of security installers, property managers, local authorities, and housing associations
* Conduct engaging product demos and drive negotiations with key decision-makers
* Develop and manage a strategic lead pipeline
* Maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and growth
A Day in the Life
* Drive business development and consistently exceed targets
* Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Shift effortlessly between strategy and hands-on execution
* Experience in the residential sector or with relevant stakeholders is a plus—but not essential
📍Territory Coverage:
This role covers both the Midlands and North regions. We understand it’s a broad area and are realistic with travel expectations. Our tools and training are designed to support remote work/meetings alongside in-person meetings.
The broader the region, the more customers and opportunities you’ll have access to—which means greater earning potential through commission/bonuses. As the business scales, we plan to divide territories to allow for more focused local coverage and support.
