Part Time Administrator required to join our Team at Encompass Care
We are looking for a dedicated and organised Administrator to support our office with a range of routine and ad hoc administrative tasks. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and takes pride in ensuring things run smoothly.
You will work closely with the Office Manager, as well as other key members of the team to provide essential day to day administrative support that contributes to the effective operation of our services.

Pay: £12.52 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Support our office with a range of routine and ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Provide essential day to day administrative support including but not limited to ordering supplies, updating documents and managing small projects.
About You:
* A strong team player with good communication skills.
* Flexible approach to a range of administrative duties.
* Confident using Microsoft and other IT systems
