Children in Care (CIC) Social Worker - Hampshire
Location: Hampshire
Contract: 3 months rolling contract
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £42ph
Are you an experienced and passionate Children in Care Social Worker looking for your next opportunity? We are supporting Hampshire in recruiting skilled Social Workers to join their well‑structured and highly supportive CIC service.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of children and young people who are in long‑term care
* Develop, review and implement care plans
* Undertake statutory visits, assessments, and reports
* Work closely with carers, families, and multi‑agency partners
* Ensure children and young people receive the stability, safety, and opportunities they deserve

Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker (SWE registered)
* Previous CIC/LAC experience
* Strong safeguarding knowledge
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, child‑centred environment
* SWE Registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Drive and have access to a car
* Post‑qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
