Responsibilities
* Take complete management of multiple high-value subcontract packages, from procurement through to final accounting.
* Undertake main contract valuations and pricing client variations.
* Provide accurate financial reporting and supervise direct reports.
* Identify opportunities to maximise value and influence project outcomes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Lead Surveyor on £25m+ projects.
* Ability to manage complex scopes and work across education, commercial, or multi-unit residential developments.
* Strong procurement, contract valuation and financial reporting skills.
