We have an amazing opportunity for a Parts Trade Operations Manager to lead the team at our flagship dealership in Stockport. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the full parts operation, including trade part sales, warehouse activities, stock management, logistics, dispatch and both retail and trade part customers.
Hours - 45

Key Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for the function, working closely with the Trade Parts Supervisor to support the effective delivery of team objectives.
* Support Trade Parts Leaders with best practice, performance insights, and operational alignment.
* Partner with the Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, enhance service levels and strengthen trade customer relationships.
* Lead initiative that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability
* Oversee the daily running of the warehouse, ensuring a safe, organised and efficient environment.
* Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and full stock audits.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Significant experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or equivalent senior role, with a proven track record of running a large scale, high volume operation.
* Demonstrable ability to deliver strong operational performance, efficiency improvements and commercial results.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, influence and develop large teams.
* Excellent knowledge of Trade Parts, stock control, logistics and warehouse processes.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Good IT skills, including experience with parts and warehouse management systems, ideally keyloop.
