Responsibilities
* Develop, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally.
* Assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns to promote organisational initiatives and events.
* Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Support the organisation of events, press releases, and other communication activities.
* Maintain an organised calendar of content deadlines and organisational milestones.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with organisational goals.
* Manage administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports as required.
Experience
* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
* Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools.
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Prior experience supporting organisational communications or marketing is desirable but not essential.
