We have a great opportunity for a Lead Administrator to join our Healthcare Team at HMP Hollesely Bay is a category D Prison and Young Offenders Institution near Woodbridge in Suffolk.
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality.
The working hours are: Monday - Friday: 08:00 16:00
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to 35,175 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As our Lead Administrator, your responsibilities will vary. You will
4. Manage the provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial services for the Practice Plus Group healthcare delivery on site (including HR, training, competency and efficiency)
5. Facilitate the effective management of clinics and rota template, monitoring DNAs/cancellations and duplicate/ ineffective use of clinics
6. Support the performance lead in the collection of statistics and data; coordinate the monthly data and produce reports when required.

Qualifications & Experience required
16. Maths and English language skills at GCSE level or ability to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills
17. NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience

Job responsibilities
As the Administration Lead, you will responsible forworking as part of the healthcare team to ensure provision of administrative,clerical and secretarial services for the Practice Plus Group healthcaredelivery on site. Leading the Administration Team in all managerial functions,including HR, training, competency and efficiency. Ensuring effectivemanagement of clinics and rota template, monitoring DNAs/cancellations andduplicate/ ineffective use of clinics; all referrals are managed efficientlyand all date is available and up to date at all times. Youll also beresponsible for supporting the Head of Healthcare in the preparation,distribution and recording of complaints. Supporting the performance lead inthe collection of statistics and data; coordinate the monthly data and producereports when required.
Organise the recordingof meeting minutes and distribute with approval. To include: Local QualityDelivery Board, Multi-Professional Clinical Case Clinics, Weekly Mental HealthMeeting, Local Quality Assurance Meeting and any others required and supportthe clinical team in the governance of information that is required for PracticePlus Group on an ongoing basis.
In this role, you will also;
Provide High quality administrative duties working withinsite. You will deal with patients,healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face andvia email in a professional and courteous manner. Maintaining anefficient data and filing system including staff files and agency staffprofiles.
Deliver Administrative supportto the multidisciplinary meetings recognising the need for patientconfidentiality and multi-agency working.You will use IT systems, clinical templates and data to ensure reportingis accurate. As well as line managementfor the administration team, promoting professionalism and accuracy to detailwithin completion of duties.
Inspire Excellence by dealingwith patients and colleagues professionally, escorting visitors and contractorsaround the prison as and when required.You will also be responsible for liaison with a range of agencies,internally and externally. Act as a teamleader for the administration team, including all HR functions, absencemanagement, appraisals, efficiency and delivery.
Promote The corporate imagethrough the production of accurate word processed letters, mail mergecorrespondence, complex documents, agendas, reports, newsletters andpresentations in the Practice Plus Group house style using Word, Excel, andrelevant IT packages on networked computers. Professionalismand attention to detail within the completion of your duties.
Share Knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care, andbuild multi-disciplinary teams of clinical and non-clinical colleagues whosupport each other to do a great job.
