Contracts Lawyer Responsibilities
* Review, Draft and Negotiate commercial contracts in UK, USA and Europe
* Provide legal advice to support business objectives while managing legal risk
* Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure contracts align with company goals
* Communicate legal positions clearly to clients and stakeholders
* Maintain up-to-date legal and regulatory knowledge covering UK, USA and across Europe
* Support the development and implementation of contract management processes, contract document vault and templates
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
* 2+ Years post-qualification experience, including 2+ years in an in-house role
* Proven experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in the UK, USA and 1-3 European jurisdictions
* Strong commercial acumen and pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.
* Ability to successfully work in an in-office and/or hybrid environment
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the gravitas to influence at all levels.
