We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team to support the children during lunchtime.

Pay range: Grade B SCP3, £12.85 per hour, £24,796 (fte), Actual salary: £5,565.

Hours: 10 hours per week, to be worked across Monday to Friday, 12.00 noon – 2.00 pm,38 weeks per year, term time only.

Key responsibilities will be:

* Supervising students in designated areas, including playgrounds, and classrooms, always ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Serving as a positive role model, promoting good conduct and behaviour among students.
* Effectively managing minor behavioural issues and promptly reporting serious incidents to senior members of staff.
* Contributing to a positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all students.
* Upholding the aims, values, and policies of the school and working collaboratively as part of a team.
* Maintaining awareness of safeguarding and confidentiality protocols related to students, staff, and schoolwork.

The Application Process

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate that they meet the essential elements of the person specification and will be subject to pre-employment checks including an Enhanced DBS Check, Child Barred List check, satisfactory references and a health check and, where applicable, a prohibition from teaching check will be completed for all applicants.

Online Search on Shortlisted Applicants

An online check will also be conducted on all shortlisted applicants.
