Position Summary
The Data Analyst III will be responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control. The analyst will prepare reports and tools for workstreams and leadership to track core Key Performance Indicators versus targets, highlight achievements and issues, and ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all reporting. They will also perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance against set objectives.
The role would suit a candidate with excellent rapport-building ability, strong reporting and analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability and passion to achieve critical metrics. Experience in a similar position is crucial to fully grasp the role's complexity.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and issue daily/monthly reports that support tracking and analyzing key indicators.
2. Support the regular month-end close reporting, managing data accuracy, and ensuring high-quality reports are ready for business reviews.
3. Develop, standardize, and improve analyses and reports to share business and financial insights, supporting monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and forecasting processes (e.g., MBR, QBR, AOP).
4. Build and update dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and other BI tools by data mining in various systems.
5. Analyze data regularly to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential operational risks.
6. Collaborate with key internal partners regionally to ensure alignment and effective communication.
7. Support Finance leadership to meet divisional finance reporting and analysis requirements.
8. Meet targets and fulfill SLAs consistently.
9. Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
10. Drive continuous process improvement within the team.
11. Collaborate with GPO and serve as subject matter expert for all processes.
12. Support creation and updating of process documentation and training materials.
13. Participate actively in projects, including cross-functional initiatives.
14. Coordinate with Audit teams to facilitate testing procedures.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Experience
* Fluent in English.
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
* Experience in analysis and reporting roles is a plus.
* Understanding of financial accounting.
* Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and Python.
* Experience with ERP systems like Oracle E1 or SAP.
* Excellent digital literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
