* Role type: Full Time, Permanent
* Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm)

Responsibilities
* Work as part of the National Accounts Helpdesk team and support the Helpdesk Manager
* Confirm tickets – confirm pricing of jobs completed using the in‑house system Xeres
* Liaise with National Account customers to request purchase orders
* Adhere to different customer invoicing requirements
* Work towards the ‘Month End’ deadline to get all work invoiced
* Cover the National Accounts Coordinator’s role during holiday and busy periods
* Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required
Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Driven by results and a self‑starter who delivers to deadlines
* A confident telephone manner and ability to provide first‑class customer service
* Excellent team‑working skills
* Strong organisational, time‑management and multi‑tasking skills
* Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience within customer service and administration is essential
* Effective communication skills and ability to manage time and workload to deliver best service to customers
