Location: Redcar
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Shifts Available: Saturday and Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm, term time, with an additional 12 hours a week during school holidays.
Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of role.

What you'll do
Support Worker Needed for a Wonderful Young Boy
We’re looking for a caring, attentive individual to support a cheerful young boy with complex medical needs. He has a fantastic sense of humour, loves sensory engagement, and always greets you with a smile.
The role includes PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care, and support with hoist transfers and mobility. Although non-verbal, he communicates clearly through gestures, facial expressions, and movement.

What you'll need
You don’t need any social care experience to apply for this role. We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
