Head of Sales
Manchester City Centre
40,000 Per Annum + OTE (TBC)
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving outbound sales strategies to new heights? Do you have a proven track record of leveraging HubSpot and other tech stacks to maximise sales performance and conversion rates? If so, we want you to join our team as the Head of Outbound Sales in the heart of Manchester city center.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
* Utilise HubSpot and other tools to optimise sales processes, workflows, and lead generation activities.
* Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to drive individual and team success.
* Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance conversion rates and sales performance.
* Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align outbound sales efforts with overall business objectives.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in outbound sales techniques, technology, and tools.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in outbound sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes and enhance performance.
* Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, including hiring, training, and development.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
