Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, retail performance and team development
Leading and inspiring a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager
Driving key retail KPIs including sales, ATV, conversion and customer satisfaction
Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Building community relationships and delivering in-store events
Supporting training, coaching and recruitment of the team
Championing sustainability and purpose-led retail initiativesWhat we're looking for
Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a premium or lifestyle retail environment
Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards targets and KPIs
A natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing others
Someone who takes pride in high standards and store operations
Passion for sustainability and connecting with the local community
